Richard trained at The Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. He is primarily a character actor [with strengths in comedy, physicality and word play], voice over artist and puppeteer.
His credits include Topthorn (Head) in War Horse (New London Theatre); Quintus/Clown in Titus Andronicus; Sir Arthur Holmwood in Dracula (Saint Giles In The Fields); Puppeteer in VOX POX (Flabbergast Theatre); Saul Hodgkin in The Ghost Train; Slavic in I’m A Londoner (Palladini Productions); Mad Dad in Constance and Sinestra and The Cabinet Of Screams.
